Where gaps exist, development is integrated into real responsibilities rather than separated from work. The objective is reliable performance in the role.

Workplace Validation

Capability must be demonstrated in practice. Once competent performance is confirmed reliably, formal recognition and qualifications are issued.

For new and returning participants: This portal supports your capability development. Keep these operational standards in mind as you progress through your pathways and submit evidence.

Learning & Session Resources

Access targeted learning materials directly within your pathways. This includes session summaries, presentations, essential learning links, and practical activities.

Unit Mission Validation

Demonstrate capability within your Unit Missions by submitting your Experience Reflectives and Portfolio of Evidence. Coaches manage Skills Verifications to confirm performance.

Reviewing Feedback

Validation is performance-based. Check your submissions for 'Satisfactory' or 'Not Yet Satisfactory' statuses, and review your Coach's feedback to address any capability gaps.
